Jill McGuire is an artist exploring portraiture and printmaking in Southern, California. She has developed her considerable natural talents through formal instruction at UC Irvine, Pratt Fine Arts Center, Gage Academy of Art, Kirkland Arts Center, The Armory, and through private instruction. Jill excels in the capture of fine detail and takes delight in texture, fabric, and hair. She is a member of the Los Angeles Printmaking Society and her works reside in private collections. She is developing an illustrated children's book and has been commissioned for wedding portraiture.
